Responsibilities

• Manage apartment make‑ready process for vacant units.

• Perform property and vacant unit inspections.
• Use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Assist in organizing and securing parts and storage areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed.

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of maintenance‑related experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call‑out time on a rotating basis is required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Apartment make‑ready process for vacant units
• Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements
• Appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, some HVAC, carpentry, locks and sheetrock maintenance and repair duties
• Property and vacant unit inspections
• Use of basic hand tools and power tools
• Assist with keeping parts and storage areas organized and secured
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
• Additional duties as assigned
