McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person for a franchisee-owned restaurant. The role focuses on interior and exterior cleanliness and keeping equipment in good working order to support daily operations.

You will work as part of the maintenance team, performing tasks like fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, glass and restroom cleaning, trash removal, bulb changes, and HVAC/exhaust cleaning to maintain a safe, inviting dining environment for guests and crew.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform interior/exterior cleaning and equipment upkeep.
• Ability to work as part of a maintenance team with reliability.
• Willingness to follow franchisee policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily and maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload deliveries twice a week and manage trash removal.
• Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/exhaust units.
• Support restaurant operations with a focus on cleanliness.
