Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Maintenance Person to support restaurant cleanliness and equipment upkeep at multiple Quakertown-area locations. You will assist with daily cleaning, grounds maintenance, and equipment care, including fryers and HVAC systems.

Must be 18+, with experience in maintenance or cleaning, and able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and climbing ladders. Expect early morning shifts and mandatory readiness for on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• Previous maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, or equipment-care experience.
• Comfortable cleaning restaurant equipment, restrooms, stockrooms, windows, and exterior areas.
• Willing to filter fryer oil daily and clean HVAC and exhaust units.
• Comfortable using a ladder and completing cleaning tasks on the roof.
• Able to unload delivery trucks twice a week and perform physical duties (lifting, bending, carrying).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily

• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week

• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
