Job summary

McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a Maintenance Person to support interior and exterior cleanliness and restaurant equipment upkeep at multiple locations including Quakertown, Hellertown, Coopersburg, and Easton. The role emphasizes daily fryer oil filtration, grounds upkeep, cleaning duties, and occasional roof work.

The position is for an independent franchisee that operates McDonald’s restaurants; 18+ age requirement and physical tasks such as lifting and ladder work apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to perform physically demanding cleaning tasks.
• Experience in maintenance or cleaning is preferred.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Ability to begin shifts by 5:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
• Take out and empty trash receptacles
• Change light bulbs
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
