Job summary

Michael Development/MJS Management is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for Centennial Commons Apartments in Roseville, MN. You will handle work orders, apartment turns, and related maintenance tasks to keep properties in good condition.

Responsibilities include plumbing, HVAC, electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, lawn care, painting, and pool maintenance. The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of experience, access to proper tools, and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of previous maintenance experience required.
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Deadline- and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work well as a team.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have the necessary tools for apartment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion including plumbing, appliances, HVAC repairs, lock changes and minor electrical repairs.
• Estimate time and extent of repairs.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Perform turnaround maintenance.
• Lawncare and shoveling/salting in winter as needed.
• Care & maintenance of the swimming pool.
• Painting.
• Additional responsibilities as directed.
