Job summary

Bath & Body Works, Inc is looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our distribution centers in Ohio. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities, equipment, motors and conveyors, ensuring safe, reliable operation.

You will read manuals and schematics, diagnose electrical issues, and work with a team to fix problems, train others, and coordinate with vendors. This role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Maintenance experience with forklifts, conveyors, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics and building systems.
• Electrical experience with high and low voltage, AC/DC.
• Welding is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiar with CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints.
• Use electrical diagnostic equipment and meters for testing.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to mentor trainees.
• Coordinate with facilities vendors.
• Perform general maintenance across distribution center areas.
