Job summary

Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Cortland, NY is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team. The role covers electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks and requires hands-on problem solving and reliable work ethic.

This full-time position runs 8am–4pm with pay at $20 per hour. You will report to the Director of Maintenance and help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and record-keeping.
• Strong communication with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior of building and grounds; perform preventative maintenance and record-keeping.
• Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues; submit work orders and paperwork.
• Respond promptly to daily maintenance requests; keep areas clean while working with staff.
• Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying and bending.
