Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, HVAC and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to, diagnose, and repair maintenance issues for electrical, air, and hydraulic equipment and systems.
• Assist or perform preventive maintenance schedules and process maintenance work orders.
• Maintain parts inventory and records for OSHA/state/local compliance.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify potential problems for repair.
• Support energy management and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and report hazards.
