KOCH Finishing Systems is looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Evansville, IN headquarters. Many of our technicians grow into senior maintenance, controls, or leadership roles over time.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform electrical tasks per NEC.
• Ability to work independently with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret manuals and blueprints to troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities.
• Install and debug electrical and fuel systems.
• Wire panels and terminations from schematics per NEC.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and keep records.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust.
• Participate in training and maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
