CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as part of the Engineering and Technical Services team.

The role is a day shift, Monday–Friday, with options 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, supporting a leading global technology client and ensuring reliable facility operations across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Driver license required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Stay organized and manage time across multiple sites.
• Complete tasks safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Investigate root causes and support continuous improvement.
• Assist installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion.
• Support energy management and ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for codes and safety compliance.
• Exchange straightforward information clearly and follow defined procedures.
• Deliver output under close supervision and guidance.
