The candidate will handle lighting changes, small electrical and plumbing tasks, painting, and general repairs, supporting safe and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification helpful.
• Attention to detail and basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing knowledge.
• Basic mechanical repair skills and ability to use common hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect spaces daily to identify litter, mechanical failure, or breakdowns.
• Respond to maintenance service requests from supervisors.
• Change lights and perform basic electrical tasks.
• Perform painting, drywall, and office furniture work.
• Maintain industrial building workflows and repairs as needed.
• Assist with general cleaning duties when required.
