Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Specialist to perform upkeep around the facility in an industrial setting. The role includes light maintenance and periodic cleaning tasks, with a day shift and full-time hours.

You will inspect spaces, respond to maintenance requests, and perform basic electrical, plumbing, and painting work, contributing to safe, well-maintained facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification.
• Attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing.
• Basic skills in mechanical repair and routine facility maintenance.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, screwdrivers/drills, and wrenches.
• Time management skills.

Responsibilities

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Maintenance Specialist. The Maintenance Specialist performs maintenance duties around the facility in an industrial setting. The Maintenance Specialist will also participate in general cleaning duties from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities
