Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics and electrical systems.
• Must possess a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
• Carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
• Basic understanding of how to troubleshoot CNC equipment.
• Capable of applying standard practices and techniques within their work.
• Must be able to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
• Quality and safety minded.
• Must be able to perform successfully under minimum supervision.
• Basic understanding of automation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems using various pieces of equipment.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Perform electrical installations and connect distribution systems.
• Follow safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist other team members to gain skills for advancement.
• Fabricate and install components for repair on manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain inventories and stock levels for maintenance supplies.
• Collaborate with operators, management, engineering and service personnel.
