Job summary

Silfex Inc., A Lam Research Company, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for day shift (6am-6pm) in Eaton, OH. You will maintain and repair mechanical and electronic equipment, perform electrical installations, and troubleshoot systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance experience, ability to read schematics, and knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and CNC basics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Able to read and understand electrical schematics
• Familiar with Lean 5S concepts and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electronic equipment
• Perform electrical installations and distribution connections
• Troubleshoot malfunctions using precision instruments
• Assist with projects and equipment upgrades as needed
