Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of building repairs and preventative maintenance at Cypress Pointe Apartments in Louisville, KY. The role includes completing work orders, moving/installing appliances, and addressing resident repairs on a day-to-day basis.

Applicants should have strong general maintenance knowledge, be able to read work orders, and possess a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience performing general maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and repair requests.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Repair interior and exterior building components.
• Move and install appliances as needed.
• Repair appliances and related systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on buildings and systems.
• AC/heating knowledge is preferred; diagnose and fix issues efficiently.

As a Maintenance Technician, day to day will include a variety of maintenance responsibilities to maintain the property appearance by performing preventative maintenance, completing work orders for resident repairs, and other responsibilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Performance of all maintenance and repairs at the property as assigned

Completionof workorders

Interior and exterior building repairs

Move and install appliances

Appliance repairs

Routine preventative maintenance

AC/heating knowledge preferred.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of general maintenance to diagnose and perform repairs.
