CLK Multifamily Management is seeking an on-site Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related building systems.
The role combines hands-on repairs with leadership duties, fostering a safe, motivated maintenance and office team. Candidates should have HVAC certification, 2+ years in apartment maintenance, and a valid driver's license. E‑Verify participation noted.
The Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform maintenance and repairs of electrical; plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other specialties related to interior and exterior buildings of the apartment community.
The Maintenance Supervisor is a leadership role that requires knowledge, skills, and experience. In this role, the Maintenance Supervisor will be required to perform repairs, diagnose problems with appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other issues pertaining to property maintenance. In addition to the hands‑on skills, this role is responsible for creating a rapport with team members that creates a safe and highly motivated culture with the maintenance and office team.
