Peak Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep units market-ready across our communities. Under the Service Manager, you will perform make-ready tasks, handle work orders, and support building and common area maintenance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of property maintenance experience; English communication is essential, and EPA/CPO certification is a plus. We offer PTO, holidays, benefits, and 401k.

Competenze

• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.

Overview

Under the direction of the Service Manager, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for bringing units up to market ready condition in accordance with Peak Living standards. Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Complete make ready maintenance.
• Complete assigned work orders and ensure compliance to Peak Living standards.
• Assist with building and common area maintenance.
• Assist with preventative maintenance program and maintain property equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance in property management environment.
• EPA and CPO certification preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.)
• Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to communicate in English.
