Job summary

The Stellar Family of Companies in Midland, Texas is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You’ll fix, maintain, and improve apartment homes, respond to resident service requests, and help prepare vacant units for new residents.

This role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance. You’ll work with property management to keep communities clean, safe, and welcoming, while delivering outstanding resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly and professionally to resident service requests.
• Maintaining apartment homes and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Troubleshooting and repairing maintenance issues.
• Performing preventative maintenance and property inspections.
• Maintaining common areas and grounds appearance.
• Assisting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general repairs.
• Monitoring inventory and maintaining tools and supplies.
• Working closely with property management and onsite teams.
• Helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.
