Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our residential community safe, attractive, and well‑maintained for residents and staff. You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance across building systems and grounds with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will inspect, repair, and service electrical, HVAC and other equipment, document work orders, and coordinate with the Maintenance Director and outside vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality work while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, HVAC or related repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements.
• Previous experience in a related trade or position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly walking throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety
• Completing and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment
• Following troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs
• Assisting the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
