Legend Senior Living in Tulsa seeks an outstanding Maintenance Technician to keep the residence safe, clean, and attractive, ensuring residents call it home. You will maintain and repair equipment, operating systems, structures and grounds to support Holistic Wellness and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include regular inspections, documenting work orders, coordinating with the Maintenance Director, assisting with inventory and preventive maintenance, and communicating effectively with

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a related trade or position, preferably with expertise in electrical, HVAC and repairs and/or maintenance.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of service and delivery requirements, as required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly walking throughout the residence and grounds to check equipment, maintain appearance, and ensure safety.
• Completing and documenting work orders as assigned by the Maintenance Director, including maintenance and repairs for the building, grounds and equipment.
• Following troubleshooting, reporting to the Maintenance Director any parts or supplies needed to complete repairs.
• Assisting the Director with completion and documentation of inventory, preventative maintenance, warranties, inspections, and overseeing work performed by outside vendors.
• Communicating effectively with residents and staff.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
