Job summary

Cortland Ridglea in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our community safe and well‑maintained. You will diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and appliances, participate in preventative maintenance, and support asset preservation across the property.

You will respond to emergencies, manage multiple work orders, and communicate clearly with residents and team members. EPA certification and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on HVAC units, equipment, and building systems to improve performance and reduce downtime.

Role Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure the community remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained by diagnosing and repairing a wide range of building and apartment systems.
