Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cortland Estates, a 96-unit apartment community in Cortland, IL. You will be responsible for the property's general appearance and ongoing upkeep to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring for repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, assessing and repairing appliances, preparing vacant units, and providing occasional on-call support with a trip

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous experience in maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing systems, and painting
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred
• CPO certification preferred
• Valid drivers' license and insurance may be required
