Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Silver Gardens, a 202-unit community in Dallas, TX. As part of our on-site team, you will help maintain the property's appearance and support a positive living experience for residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work requests, preventative maintenance, appliance repair, prepping vacant units, occasional on-call duties, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in maintenance preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and painting systems.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be required.

Position Summary:
