Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support properties in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. You will handle general upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance to deliver a quality living experience for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience and basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting. HVAC, EPA experience, and a CPO certification are a plus; a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Summary

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to help create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities
