Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Cortland Estates, a 96-unit apartment community in Cortland, IL. You will be responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the property to create a great living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities include monitoring repairs, completing work requests, performing preventative maintenance, repairing appliances, aiding in turn-ready units, occasional on-call duties with trip stipend, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and painting.
• HVAC and EPA experience preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Position Summary
