Job summary

Flagship Communities REIT in Sellersburg, IN is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician for our manufactured home communities. You will handle painting, home remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscaping, often working autonomously while upholding safety and resident service standards.

The role requires a High school diploma, plus hands-on maintenance experience. Candidates with CMRP and a valid license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in building maintenance or related field is a plus.
• CMRP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setup and repair of ventilation, refrigeration and systems.
• Maintain heating and plumbing to ensure functionality.
• Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs.
• Perform basic repairs (locks, windows) when needed.
• Pest control and general upkeep of grounds and landscaping.
• Assist in budget preparation and maintain equipment.
• Operate and maintain maintenance tools and equipment.
