National Church Residences seeks a Maintenance Technician for Princeton Court in Columbus, OH. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems, and respond to resident requests.

On-call emergency maintenance and safety compliance are part of the job. The ideal candidate holds HVAC certification (EPA Universal preferred) and has experience in apartment maintenance, with knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification is required; EPA Universal preferred.
• Prior experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Princeton Court. The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and structural issues.
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Be on-call for emergency maintenance issues as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, and service requests.

Requirements:

• HVAC Certification is required (EPA Universal preferred).
• Prior experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.

Work Environment

As the Maintenance Technician you will work in a senior housing facility, which may include indoor and outdoor environments. The role may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and occasional hazardous materials.
