Job summary

National Church Residences is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Princeton Court in College Park, GA. The role focuses on maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical and related systems to keep the property in excellent condition.

You’ll respond to resident and management requests, diagnose issues, and complete work orders promptly while adhering to safety and company policies. On-call availability and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required (EPA Universal preferred).
• Experience in apartment or residential property maintenance.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repairs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Availability for on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Princeton Court. The ideal candidate must be HVAC certified and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and management.

Work Environment

As the Maintenance Technician you will work in a senior housing facility, which may include indoor and outdoor environments. The role may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, and occasional hazardous materials.
