Trident Consulting is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a client in Sheboygan Falls, WI. The role is a 12-month contract with 2nd and 3rd shifts and competitive pay between $25 and $45 per hour on a W-2 basis, with shift differentials. Education required is a high school diploma or GED, with preference for apprenticeships or Journeyman cards.

PPE provided, standard work equipment supplied. Experience includes CMMS system familiarity and PLC knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• CMMS experience is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; some apprenticeships or Journeyman cards preferred.
• 2–3+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.
• Identifies issues and performs problem solving to ensure uptime.
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to enhance availability and yield.
• Troubleshoots equipment and diagnoses failures.
• Works with teams to maintain production plant facilities.
