Job summary

IDEX Corporation's CVI division seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex manufacturing equipment and facility systems at our Albuquerque site. This hands-on role acts as a technical escalation point and mentors peers.

You will lead preventive maintenance, support equipment installations, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring safety, cleanroom standards, and accurate documentation in our CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or facilities.
• Technical education or trade certification is a plus.
• Experience with cleanroom, semiconductor, or precision manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, sensors, motors, and controls using schematics.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and utilities.
• Lead maintenance support for installations, upgrades, and capital projects.
• Develop preventive maintenance strategies and spare parts recommendations.
• Mentor and train other technicians on troubleshooting and safe work.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records in CMMS.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanroom, and lockout/tagout procedures.
