As the Maintenance Technician at Chesterfield Towne Center, you will perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the building under the guidance of your supervisor. You will assist with marketing setups, respond to work orders, replace light bulbs, conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. You will also perform routine inspections of the building’s interior and exterior to identify and report deficiencies, ensuring all work complies with established safety and health standards.

To succeed, you should have:

• High School Diploma or GED; valid Ohio driver’s License.
• Experience or training in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, General Construction, and Safety (3–5 years of related work experience accepted in place of education).
• Capable of lifting to 50 lbs; able to use basic computer programs (Email, Word, Excel).
• Reliable, safety-oriented, and adaptable to varied schedules, including weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime.
• Solid customer service skills, positive attitude under pressure, team player with ability to work independently.
