Maintenance Technician

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm.

Job Description

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively troubleshoot, repair, and correct mechanical, electrical, and process problems to ensure production equipment capability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing electrical breakdowns of AC/DC drives and inverters, including programming and start‑up configuration.
• Operate meters, power supplies, service monitors, and test fixtures with understanding of use and function.
• Maintain a working knowledge of all plant operating systems, access system records, diagrams, and schematics.
• Regularly inspect production lines and support equipment; perform necessary repairs and upgrades during preventive maintenance cycles.
• Provide 24/7 technical support for production following the on‑call schedule.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Solid electrical and mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 50 lb.
