Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential
As a Maintenance Technician, you will service and support manufacturing operations by maximizing production output through timely machine repairs, procurement of replacement parts, preventive maintenance, adherence to safety standards, and upkeep of building systems.
Schedule:
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) on a 4-3 rotation
Fixed Days:
- Option 1: Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday
- Option 2: Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday
Note: Employees are assigned to one of the two fixed schedules and do not rotate between them.

- Pay: $30 - $33/hour + $1.50/night shift premium

Job Description: Possibility Unpacked
- Assess and repair equipment as problems arise for the machines and the building
- Attend and participate in maintenance department and plant meetings
- Assist in capital improvement projects
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issues
- Make repairs in a timely manner, while working under pressure
- Assist other departments with improvement projects
- Complete required forms legibly
What we want from you: Lead the Pack
- 4+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician or related role in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of related experience and education
- Experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems
- Prefer strong electrical background with emphasis around controls
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Willing and able to work a flexible schedule of up to 12-hour shifts
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts
- Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment
