Qualifications

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:• Completing service requests and maintenance work orders in a timely, professional, and courteous manner• Diagnosing and repairing issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, drywall, painting, and other building systems• Performing preventative maintenance on community equipment, buildings, and common areas• Preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents by completing make-ready and turn processes• Conducting routine inspections of buildings, grounds, amenities, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns• Assisting with emergency maintenance situations and participating in an on-call rotation as required• Maintaining community curb appeal through regular upkeep of grounds, common areas, and property amenities• Ensuring all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations• Maintaining accurate records of completed work orders, inspections, inventory, and maintenance activities• Communicating effectively with residents, vendors, and team members to provide exceptional customer service• Assisting with inventory management and maintaining appropriate levels of maintenance supplies and equipment• Supporting community improvement projects and capital improvement initiatives as needed• Promoting a positive, safe, and welcoming community environment• Performing other duties as assignedWho You AreWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to delivering outstanding service.
