Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units for new resident move‑ins. The technician is an essential team member for delivering superior customer service to residents.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience
• Ability to bend, stoop, lift, carry, push or pull over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Valid driver's license
• Basic tools required, including personal smartphone technology
• Knowledge of property management systems and processes
• Painting, plumbing, and electrical experience
• Reliable transportation with access to a vehicle suitable for safely transporting ladders & other maintenance equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC Certified
• Proven 1 year of HVAC experience

Compensation

$20 - $23. Final agreed‑upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
