Job summary

The ideal candidate has experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance, with knowledge of safety regulations, good English communication, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general building maintenance.
• Understanding of building and fire safety regulations
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy exertion and lift 50–100 lbs

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders assigned by the Maintenance Director, including basic repairs
• Assist with maintenance of facility areas, grounds, and HVAC systems
• Maintain and repair service equipment and power tools
• Keep preventative maintenance records and use a work order tracking system
• Conduct daily inspections and identify safety hazards
