Job summary

Regalcare in the United States is seeking a dependable Maintenance Assistant to keep our facilities running smoothly. You’ll handle routine repairs, perform preventative maintenance, and respond to work orders, ensuring safe, clean common areas for residents and staff.

This hands-on role requires reliability, good communication, and the ability to lift and stay active. You’ll support the Maintenance Director on projects and help uphold safety protocols across our healthcare/residential settings.

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience; healthcare or residential setting a plus.
• Reliability, detail-orientation, and willingness to jump in where needed.
• Ability to lift, bend, carry, and stay active throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily upkeep
• Respond to work orders and handle basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks
• Keep common areas, equipment, and grounds safe and in good shape
• Support the Maintenance Director with projects as needed
