Job summary

Jeanne Jugan Residence – Little Sisters of the Poor in Newark, DE seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep our home safe and comfortable. You will handle plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping and vehicle upkeep, and maintain building systems with readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Five or more years experience performing general maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, minor repairs, painting, landscaping and vehicle maintenance.
• General knowledge of NFPA fire codes and OSHA/MOSHA regulations.
• Ability to monitor, adjust and repair building systems and respond to emergencies.
