Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to deliver skilled maintenance across the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance work. The role partners with the Maintenance Supervisor and reports to the Property Manager, with opportunities for advancement to Maintenance Supervisor.

Responsibilities include apartment turnover in 3–5 days, routine common area upkeep, and enforcing safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred.
• If required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of the employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
• Complete apartment turnover maintenance within 3–5 business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Maintain common areas and monitor exterior for issues (roof, siding, etc.).
• Enter newly purchased tools into inventory and ensure equipment safety.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and observe all safety rules.
