Ideal candidates bring practical experience in health-related maintenance, solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems, and strong troubleshooting, organization, and teamwork

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the facility, equipment, and grounds to ensure a safe, comfortable, and attractive environment for residents, visitors, and employees. This position performs routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities throughout the facility.
