Job summary

Triad Service Solutions is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help maintain the safety, appearance, and functionality of an interior shopping center.

This hands-on position performs preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and troubleshooting throughout the property. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and able to respond to a variety of maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial, facility, building, or general maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs preferred.
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to prioritize tasks and respond to changing maintenance needs.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual skills are not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the property.
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Inspect common areas and building components for repair or safety concerns.
• Troubleshoot basic maintenance and equipment issues.
• Report equipment issues, repair needs, and safety concerns to management.
• Identify repairs requiring specialized or outside vendor support.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance and safety concerns.
