Qualifications

• Ability to operate maintenance equipment safely and use basic computer systems for work orders.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to resident apartments, common areas, and exterior grounds.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, and lighting.
• Complete work orders promptly and communicate status with management.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance shop in a clean, organized manner.
• Coordinate with outside contractors as directed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and document logs.
• Assist with safety inspections and compliance tasks.
