The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, a boiler license, and a valid driver's license. Expect training and a stable, full-time schedule with no weekend requirement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical or basic maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and understanding of general repair techniques.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must.
• Boiler license required.

Responsibilities

• Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.
• Systems Maintenance: Managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing.
• Preventative Care: Conducting quality checks to catch issues early.
• Grounds Upkeep: General maintenance and snow removal to keep the community accessible.
