Job summary

Trellis Management Co. is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our 168-unit Eden Prairie community. You will ensure a safe, clean, and functional living environment for residents, handling turnovers and daily work orders with a focus on preventative care.

We provide training for boiler licensing and offer a full benefits package, including 401(k) with company match, life and disability insurance, and PTO. Valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years in mechanical or basic maintenance (Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and solid repair technique knowledge.
• Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must.
• Certifications: Boiler license required.

Responsibilities

• Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.
• Systems Maintenance: Managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing (training provided for boiler license).
• Preventative Care: Conducting quality checks to catch issues before they happen.
• Grounds Upkeep: General maintenance and essential snow removal to keep the community accessible.

You will be the backbone of a 168-unit apartment community in Eden Prairie, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.
