Job summary

Trellis Management Co in Minneapolis is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support a 99-unit apartment community. You will help keep our residents safe, comfortable, and the place well-maintained, handling turnovers, repairs, and routine systems work.

The role requires 3+ years of mechanical or basic maintenance experience, a boiler license, and a valid driver's license. Training for boiler certification will be provided; regular snow removal is included.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical or basic maintenance experience (Plumbing, Appliances, Electrical, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of general repair techniques.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must.
• Boiler license required.

Responsibilities

• Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.
• Systems Maintenance: Managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing (training for boiler license).
• Preventative Care: Conducting quality checks to catch issues before they happen.
• Grounds Upkeep: General maintenance and essential snow removal to keep the community accessible.

You will be the backbone of a 99-unit apartment community in Minneapolis, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
