Colliers International in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support building operations and mechanical systems. You will perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and event setups while ensuring high service standards and safety.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and the ability to work with the CMMS and various contractors. You will collaborate with the Chief/Lead Engineer and Facility Manager, handle after-hours calls on a rotating

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing basics.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50–100 pounds and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for Puerto Rico properties.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled maintenance and building repairs on mechanical equipment and systems.
• Assist with setup for events and meetings (tables, chairs, etc.).
• Provide routine tenant support and respond to maintenance calls, including after-hours as part of a rotation.
• Coordinate with service contractors and monitor CMMS entries and work orders.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of storage and work areas.
• Support HVAC and general mechanical duties as needed.
