You’ll perform day-to-day upkeep across apartments, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs to keep residents safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance experience in multifamily housing is preferred.
• Hands-on technician with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Certifications such as HVAC, EPA, or CPO are a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and teammates.
• Perform day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests.
• Ensure apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready.
• Coordinate with vendors on projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs.
• Keep tools and work areas safe and organized.
