The role focuses on hands-on problem solving, teamwork, and timely completion of service requests with opportunities for growth within our communities.

Qualifications

• Experience performing maintenance in apartment communities, multi-family housing, hotels, or similar residential settings.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing repairs, appliance diagnostics, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Ability to complete apartment turns, including drywall repair, painting, fixture replacement, and finish work.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in occupied apartment homes.
• Perform preventive maintenance throughout the community.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.

Pay: $20.50-$30.00 per hour/depending on experience

We're searching for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Quad Cities area. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who enjoys a variety of maintenance tasks and values being part of a team that keeps apartment communities safe, attractive, and operating efficiently.

What You'll Do
