Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Belle Spring Branch in Houston, TX. You will own your role, deliver excellent resident service, and complete service requests across the property, including pool and grounds maintenance. A valid driver’s license is required, and EPA/CPO certifications are a plus.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and professional conduct. Benefits include a $200 weekly on-call bonus, paid certifications (CPO/HVAC), a $50 monthly cell phone

Qualifications

• 2 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• EPA or CPO certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Perform duties in pool maintenance and grounds maintenance as needed
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• Assist with or obtain EPA/CPO certification as applicable
