The Maintenance Assistant at Crestwood Behavioral Health, Inc. supports our California campuses by performing planned and urgent maintenance tasks to keep patient areas safe and functional.

You will work on repairs, replacements, and documentation under the direction of the Director of Maintenance, prioritizing safety and patient care. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical experience, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in general maintenance (institution or building) or related fields such as carpentry, plumbing/electrical, or appliance maintenance.
• Must be able to communicate and understand directions in written and verbal form; able to work independently or on a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform planned maintenance programs as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
• Expedite repair requisitions on a safety-first basis and document as required.
• Repair, replenish, and refinish walls, wall coverings, ceilings, and floors; observe mechanical/electrical devices for issues.
